Who We Are

We are a family-owned business in continuous operation since 1956. Founded by Mr. and Mrs. William O. Grimwood, Mrs. Grimwood had been an agent with a direct writer insurance company since 1947. In 1979, their son Bill took over the agency with his father as a consultant until retirement in 1995.



Today Bill and his wife Faye own the Grimwood agency. Their daughter Susanne began working with the agency in 1987, their daughter-in-law TJ joined the family business in 1997.
